Strengthened technical support and service set-up in Asia and Latin America confirms Ellepot’s global service commitment to customers.

The company has opened two new service centers in those regions, providing customers with on-site installation, training, service and maintenance.
World-class service at a local level
The service center opening in China marks Ellepot’s second in Asia, and is part of the company’s ongoing drive to be closer to customers. “This is a big part of our global service strategy,” says CEO, Lars Steen Pedersen. “Our customers tell us that they want closer collaboration with us to help minimize downtime and increase production. To do that, we need to establish local service centers so that our technicians and partners can reach customers faster.”
